Corrugated KANTHAL resistance elements made from a single piece covering the length of the heater, with very low inertia (< 5 s) and a working temperature of about 1000°. Infrared spectrum covering the range of average wave lengths. Large range of power levels and sizes possible, controlled by a power regulator with optical potentiometers or pyrometers.
